Marry me? Just six months and we’ll divorce.
Inspector Thiartha’s mother gives him an ultimatum. To counteract his bad luck, he’ll have to marry someone born Monday, the thirteenth of October. As if that weren’t hard enough, their first and last names must contain the Thai consonant ro ruea. Turns out that his junior, Police Senior Sergeant Major Mangkorn, was born on exactly that day, name as prescribed, perfect to the last item.
Their deal is simple: six months, then divorce. But the longer they live together, the deeper their bond grows. Their relationship is put to the test by an ex-lover, a senior officer with hidden feelings, and a chilling prophecy—that Thiar’s misfortune will fall upon Mangkorn instead.
